"Excellent customer service that’s rarely seen. Walking in you are greeted with warmth and a smile. Staff makes you feel important, walks you through all steps of the process so there are no surprises. The Optician was very warm and engaged with great conversation about eyesight whilst examining where I left feeling like I had a greater understanding of my diagnosis. Kudos to the broadbent staff. The customer service at this branch makes it worth every single dollar."

"Every visit I’ve had has been marked by warmth, care, and genuine attentiveness. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, not just to assist, but to connect. They take their time with you, making sure your concerns are fully addressed without ever making you feel rushed or overlooked.

What I appreciate most is their sense of urgency paired with compassion. You never feel like just another appointment on the books. The wait times are incredibly respectful of your schedule, which is such a rare and valuable quality these days.

It’s clear they understand that people come not just for service, but for support, and they deliver both, every single time."

"My experience was awesome and seamless. In no time I had my perfect glasses, and I'm loving it. Great staff! They took the time out to ensure that you are getting value for your money. They didn't just sell you an eye glass, they sell you an eye glass that has your name written on it. Test glasses are generally expensive however if you have an insurance then certainly they honor that too. Go and check them out or just call to schedule an appointment. My experience was certainly worth it."
